DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please note that we can only take online orders at www.thebodyshop.com.cy and phone orders at 70003434 and deliver our products within the island of Cyprus. We are afraid that we cannot accept any orders placed from countries other than Cyprus. In the event that by mistake you are a resident of another country and you have accidentally placed an online order with us using our web page, please contact us on info@thebodyshop.com.cy so we can arrange for a refund of your payment. Please note that sometimes bank charges may apply in order to complete the refund transaction.

All our orders are delivered via ACS courier to: a) the courier outlet of your choice – Door to Point option OR b) to your own home address/address of your choice – Door to Door option.  Please note that your name, address and phone number will be forwarded to ACS courier in order to enable us the delivery. You are assured that we are taking special interest in gdpr regulations and in protecting your private data and that we have signed data transfer agreements and none disclosure confidentiality agreements with the courier provider.

All orders that are made by 1pm od a specific day (Monday to Friday) are delivered within the following  2-3 working days. However if special occasions apply this lead time may be extended. If you are placing an order on weekends there will be a further delay as your order is always shipped on the next working day. Deliveries to remote locations may take additional days to deliver and also additional charges may occur.

For health and safety reasons please note that we can only accept returns of products that have not been opened, they remain closed, unused, undamaged and sealed in their original case. Products such as body butters, body yogurts, hand creams etc that do not have a safety membrane cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. For all closed, unused, undamaged and sealed products you can return them within 14 days from the date of the purchase and you should always have with you the original purchase receipt. Please note that if you have made a purchase at our stores, online or by phone and you would like to return or exchange it you will have to physically return the products to one of our stores yourself otherwise extra delivery charges may occur. Please note that you are responsible to pick up your order from the ACS outlet on time (within 5 working days) from the day you are notified from ACS that your products have arrived. Five days after your products will be automatically returned back to our warehouse. Also note that if you still would like to have your products, we will have to resend and this will lead to additional courier charges.
